Key Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and certified in the course you wish to teach
- Provide proof of current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Email: admin@redheartcpr.com your completed AHA Instructor Candidate Application (one per discipline) and proof of current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must shadow an aligned instructor for 2 classes
- Complete the Instructor Essentials online training listed below:
- BLS Essentials (required)
- BLS Instructor eBook (required)
- Heartsaver Essentials (optional for HS add-on)
- Heartsaver Instructor eBook (required if selecting HS add-on)
- Email: admin@redheartcpr.com your completion certificate(s)
- Schedule your in-person skills session with Red Heart CPR
- Complete monitoring by a Training Center Faculty (TCF/TCC) within six months of your skills session
