- BLS Essentials (required)
- BLS Instructor eBook (required)
- Heartsaver Essentials (optional for HS add-on)
- Heartsaver Instructor eBook (required if selecting HS add-on)

- Schedule your in-person skills session with Red Heart CPR
- Complete monitoring by a Training Center Faculty (TCF/TCC) within six months of your skills session
